SCTC is now making the electronic version of the Southeast Texas/Louisiana PQF available for its Contractors and Owners. The annual fee to maintain and manage the electronic PQF is $100 for members, $150 for non-members.

Member Instructions:

1. Send email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request the link so that you can start the PQF Application. Please include the SCTC member number, name of PQF contact person, their email address, and telephone number.
2. The PQF contact person will be emailed when the link is put into the VSC login page.
3. Login to the Virtual Safety Council (VSC). Then click on the PQF link and begin the process.
4. The member account will be invoiced the $100 fee.

Owner Instructions:
